212 Open


This is the inside of one of the cameras that I photographed in my first post. It is the one on the lower right. When it's open you can the the simple shutter mechanism that was used in the early 1900s.

  2. What an interesting photo! I always thought those old cameras had a little bird in them, pecking out the photo on a stone slab....wait....that was on the Flintstones.... :-P (Now I feel like Ron...)
