Very high up in the "V" of this tree the robins are busy building their summer home. Although no one is available now, they will be back soon!!

Great detail in the nest, they really work hard on them.
ReplyDeleteBlue Jays have always build or added onto their nest in a similar situation in the tree outside of our bedroom window. Unfortunately, that tree was all but destroyed in the ice storm. I wonder what the birds are doing for nesting sites when their old habits are forced to be broken? Nice shot.
ReplyDeleteNice shot. I haven't seen nests in the trees on my lot. I suppose the birds are smart enough to use the trees in the park behind me.
