  4. Actually, my grandparents used to tell me that - never tried one though. Great picture - that really looks yummy. There is nothing better than fresh veggies.

  5. I would sooner eat the leaves than the beets below...but--if I didn't already know I HATE beets--you've made them look beautiful and appetizing in this shot.

  7. A delicous shot. What really works for me is the compostion and balance of colors - warm in the lower third, cool green in the top two thirds - a nice example of the rule of thirds.

  8. I LOVE this! The compositon and colors are just wonderful and your edge treatment just enhances the photo. I will tell you that I absolutely HATE beets, but these are lovely to look at! : D
