Two mornings a week my friend is part of a 7:30 AM yoga class on the beach. This was such a phenomenal experience to be doing yoga while the sun was rising and the waves were rolling in from the ocean.

ReplyDeleteNow THIS should be hanging on a wall, it's a masterpiece! The composition, sunlight on the rocks, that SPECTACULAR ocean & the beautiful sky...it's really quite special!
