-30-Box.jpg)
Breaking away from the ice and cold (although there is frost on these windows!!) we are turning to a different theme. In this photograph there are 12 boxes within a box along with many other boxes surrounding them.

What a great B&W, wonderful texture and interpretation of the theme. Really like this one and its simplicity
ReplyDeleteHad to enlarge this three times (View image) but each enlargement made the brickwork pop like blazes simultaneously though the cross shadow is a terrific compliment and directs you back to the windows. Beautiful
ReplyDeleteBeautiful image (and lots of boxes)! You did an awesome job with this, love the "grunge" aspect too!
ReplyDeleteI love this, the lines, the texture, the tones and the interpretation.
ReplyDeleteI finally found your blog. Great image, simple yet very powerful
ReplyDeleteExcellent, has a solitary feel but at the same time makes you wonder what spot of color lies behind the black and white. I love how the shadows cross the image.
ReplyDeleteBlack & white is perfect for the stark nature of this image. Clever interpretation of the theme, too.
ReplyDeleteI love this one. There is something about old dusty windows that appeal to me. Great idea about the boxes within boxes...
ReplyDeleteNice texture. B&W does it justice.
ReplyDeleteTerrific shot! The others have about said it all, but I wanted to add my voice to the group. I like the way that the cross is over the windows. It makes one focus on that side after having viewed other aspects of the photo. B&W was a great choice.
ReplyDeleteWow Mary Lou that's fabulous. I love the intersecting lines crashing through the image. That's wonderful!!
ReplyDeleteOh, I love B&W. And your interpretation is great, what a creative idea! :)
ReplyDeleteWonderful. The textures really stand out, and I like the play on shadows also.
ReplyDeleteVery nice shot, simple and worthy of contemplation.
