Inside Rockefeller Chapel at the University of Chicago are beautiful fixtures hanging from the ceiling. When I looked up and saw the bottom I realized that they were mismatched.
We will be taking a photo a day in 2009. The themes for the photographs and the guidlines are listed below. There is also a list of the photographers participating. You may visit their sites as well. Hope you will stop back often and share in my photographic journey. Enjoy!! Your comments are greatly appreciated.

Great catch. I really had to look closely to see the difference!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great eye! I never would have noticed this! Makes for a really interesting image too!
ReplyDeleteI had to look and look and look to find out what you were talking about....then it became obvious. Interesting lighting.
ReplyDeleteI caught it right away. :D What? no photo of the side view of those beautiful fixtures?
ReplyDeleteThese do look nice but wish you had provided another view too. Nice take on the theme and good construction.
That was a good challenge for the old brain today. It took me a while! Great shot for the theme....
ReplyDeleteAt first look I thought you were crazy. They looked the same to me. So I enlarged the photo and saw it. WOW. Nice catch.
ReplyDeleteVERY observant! I had to study it awhile to see the difference! Nice shot!
ReplyDeleteVERY observant! Wasn't it a very interesting sermon? ;-)
ReplyDeleteThis is a great photo. Love the perspective on the light fixture.
ReplyDeleteGreat eye! :)
ReplyDeleteNice! I'll bet I know how this happened. Old fixtures that break tend to get replaced by what can be found around the place.
